We ship from the United Kingdom and despatch all orders the working day after the order is received. We ship to the UK, EU, Switzerland and US.

In the future international shipping rates will be much lower as we set up local fulfilment centres around the world (at the moment we only ship from the UK).
Returns / Exchanges
If you haven't worn the shoes outside and they are clean, you can return / exchange them within 30 days of ordering for a full refund. Returns are FREE if you are in the UK. For international orders you will be responsible for the cost of your return. Email help@basedbarefoot.com with your order number and we'll deal with things from there.
Customs
Your order might be subject to import taxes and duties. These charges are issued by your country's national import office and are not controlled by Based Barefoot.
